Rely on Inter’s Top Players for Your Fantasy Football Picks
Simone Inzaghi’s side has come a long way since a run of form two years ago that almost claimed the former striker’s job with the Nerrazzuri. Since then, the team has played in a Champions League final and has dominated Serie A.
But it may not be a durable reign? Inter have often impressed this year. But it is their established players doing most of the heavy lifting. Meanwhile, some of the players brought in to cover for the stars aren’t exactly setting the world on fire.
Looking at fantasy football stats, we notice Federico Dimarco as Serie A’s top fantacalcio player this season. Dimarco has managed 440 points and, truly, has become Inter’s leader.
Meanwhile, Alessandro Bastoni and Yann Sommer are also among the league’s finest players. That shows, however, that Inter’s well-drilled defense is still at the top of their game. However, apart from Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Marcus Thuram, more is expected of its top players.
Antonio Conte is Improving Napoli’s Players
Many predicted that it would take Antonio Conte at least a season to get Napoli back to its peak fighting form. Instead, it’s taken the manager less than a season and only a few transfers to do it.
Conte, however, seems to have brought the best, especially out of the squad of players that he inherited.
Giovanni Di Lorenzo is the second-best-rated player in Fantacalcio this season. He has managed 437 points. Di Lorenzo has displayed excellent tactical versatility and leadership qualities.
Amir Rrahmani is another player who has benefited from Conte’s influence. He’s one of the best 10 defenders in Serie A fantasy football. Rrahmani is always worth considering for your side.
Still, it’s true; Conte’s been inspired by making his transfers as well. Alessandro Buongiorno has earned 389 points in FootballCoin and his 35 million Euro transfer now looks like a bargain.
And, while Scott McTominay and Romelu Lukaku haven’t scored nearly as much in fantasy football, they’ve proven that they always have the ability to decide a game.
