Arsenal is keen to keep the Europa League trophy on English shores after Manchester United managed to win it last season. Arsene Wenger has been criticized for not being able to deliver a lot of silverware in recent years. Arsenal has improved their squad by bringing in Ligue 1 top goalscorer Alexandre Lacazette during the summer transfer window. More importantly, the team has managed to keep their most important players despite reports of existing transfer offers for the likes of Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez. The team suffered a heavy loss to Liverpool at the weekend, but with a bit of luck and some momentum to their performances, they could prove to be one of the leading contenders to win the Europa League tournament this season.
